“Every challenge is unique. A team, an idea, a plan, a strategy. That’s what’s interesting and where you enjoy finding results.”
Have you heard of the Yin and Yang?
Paula’s mind is the personification of the Yin and Yang. A serious and analytic calculator one minute, and a wicked creative, making everyone laugh, and leftfielder in the other. And these extremes are reflected in her professional career.
She has worked at the most important communication agencies, in television and an international insurance company. She gained a lot of experience, but none of it made her happy.
An obsession for the details, a passion for a job well done, pride in the process as well as the result, and excellent client service. These are the hallmarks of Paula’s personal brand and why it was so important for her to find her very own space.
During her search, Paula was exposed to all types of experience around the world. From organizing a finance seminar in Milan for top Chilean executives, and helping CORFO to position brands in Mexico and the US, to her more recent work at Simplicity as a spokesperson for social campaigns supporting the inclusion of children and young people with Down Syndrome, stopping hate on social media and raising awareness of mental health.
Paula gets out of the way, giving the entire team the space they need to do their thing and deliver results. She’s there to ensure that everything runs smoothly and efficiently, and nobody is left out of the process.
Simplicity is much more to Paula than the company she founded 10 years ago with Matías and Edo. It’s her “third (or first) child”. The special kid that fills her with pride every day because of the people on the teams she works with. Each and every one of them with unique experiences and talents that complement each other. Like when the right and left brain is united.
